Belle Maids has been in business providing high quality gowns and formal wear for nearly fifteen years. We've outfitted weddings in every part of the world and in every single state many times over, lending to many satisfied, repeat customers. We started out as a small, insignificant company on a mission to provide great dresses for reasonable prices. We grew and grew and now we peddle the wares of over thirty different manufacturers (all based in the United States). Our gowns have been featured on Deal or no Deal (the wedding episode!), we've been featured on the radio in Ireland and we've dressed multiple pageant winners over the years. But let us not forget our root - the thousands and thousands of weddings and proms that we've had the pleasure to be a small part of. Let us help add YOU to this growing list of happy customers!

Choosing your size is easy if you do one, simple thing: take accurate measurements. The three measurements we need are bust, waist, and hip. Measure the fullest part of your bust over a comfortable undergarment. Measure the smallest part of your waist - usually 17" down from your shoulder, OR where your waist makes a bend when you lean to the side. Hip - usually 23" down from your shoulder. If you are concerned about your measurements and sizing, feel free to contact us prior to ordering and we can let you know what size will best. Regardless, we will contact you once you order to go over sizing with you to be sure you get the best size possible.

Since we special order every single gown that goes out the door, we do not take returns for refund. We DO, however, exchange for any other size/color/style. Please be aware that additional shipping and/or a restocking fee of 20% may apply to exchanges. This is where accurate measurements come into play again. MOST of our exchanges are due to inaccurate size choices. This usually happens when the customer chooses the size without our expert input. On occasion we do get a customer who isn't feeling the color, but since our gowns come in many hues, the vast majority of our customers find something they love.
